This versatile exercise tool provides a full bodyweight workout opportunity with a wide range of exercise options - spine flexion and extension, joint mobility, strength training, core conditioning, stretching, handstands, cardio, TRX training and many more. For those who really think exercising shouldn’t be occasional, but rather an everyday experience.Add-ons: Adjustable wooden pull-up bar, benchtop, gymnastic rings, and a climbing rope with a swing. Thanks to the pull up bar's removable construction, it can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height. With the pull-up bar you can perform a wide range of core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises. The BenchK desk is crafted from beech wood. The benchtop is placed on the pull-up bar and together they create a stylish and functional desk for a child or an adult. The desk is ideal for lovers of minimalism, as it allows to save a lot of space by combining training and working area. The height of the desk can be regulated to the height of the user. The rings are made of beech plywood and are hung on black straps. Polished to perfection, the rings are smooth and safe for the hands. The straps are equipped with buckles that allow for quick length adjustment as well as easy removal. As the child grows, the rings can be used as TRX straps. The rope is manually tangled in the upper section into a loop form and secured at the very bottom, eliminating the need for metal and plastic elements. It can be used for climbing, or as a swing.
