A ventilated top allows heat to escape and prevents the wind from turning your umbrella into a large kite. The black weatherproof umbrella base turns your table umbrella into a freestanding patio umbrella. Strength and durability are two of the most important features of any product and this outdoor umbrella and base set has it all. The polyester top is 30+ UV resistant to keep it looking great season after season. The 1.5 inch aluminum poles are powder coated and rust and corrosion resistant providing a long-lasting foundation that holds up to light breezes and light rain. The sturdy cement base foundation is covered by a plastic polymer that will resist cracking and rotting and will withstand the elements and still look great. The base weighs 30 pounds and will hold up to a 10 ft. umbrella. The powder coated steel post has 3 adapters to accommodate umbrella poles from 1.38 - 1.96 inches and a handy knob to ensure a tight fit. When the sun changes position simply press the tilt button to move this outdoor patio umbrella into the perfect place to keep you comfortably shaded.
