All Sonneman– fixtures (other than SONNEMAN’s Inside+Out products exception noted below) have a 5-year limited warranty. Non-LED fixtures have a 1-year limited warranty. The limited warranty set forth herein applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and may be acted upon only by such buyer, and may not be assigned, sold, or transferred to any third party. Sonneman warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years for LED fixtures and 1 year for Non-LED fixtures.

This warranty provides customers with peace of mind, knowing that their lighting fixtures are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. It covers all defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with the finish, electrical components, and construction of the product. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Sonneman will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear. Customers should also ensure that their lighting fixtures are installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
